1. Is ICC a registered company?
International Credit Corporation LP (ICC) is a New Zealand registered
limited partnership operating as an Offshore Finance Company which is
licensed to accept deposits globally with the exception of US, Canadian and
New Zealand nationals or corporations. The ICC is regulated by the laws and
regulations set out by the New Zealand Government.

2. What can ICC do?
ICC offers banking services as a Finance Company and not as a bank
registered with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The Company may carry on
the business of banking and provide financial services to the public outside
New Zealand including deposit taking and lending, debit and credit card
services, issuing of financial guarantees and instruments, cash management
services, investment management, payment services, and debit card issuing.

3. Who can place deposits in ICC?
ICC cannot accept applications from New Zealand, US and Canadian nationals/residents or from applicants who are under 18 years of age.

4. What money transfer functions can I perform using my online ICC Current
Account?
- Receive funds from anyone in the world.
- Transfer funds from your ICC Current Account to your ICC global debit
card.
- Transfer funds from your ICC Current Account to any bank or credit union
account in the world.
- Make an internal transfer of funds to another ICC client's Current
Account.

5. How do I place a deposit in ICC?
You need to complete and submit the ICC online application form, and once approved you will be prompted to proceed and transfer the agreed deposit amount (of not less than US$15,000).

6. What are the qualifications needed to be a client of ICC?
Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age, have a passport, a registered address and deposit a minimum of US$15,000.

ICC will invest funds from depositors into a diverse and pre-selected group of industries. As such, funds are secured through collateralized investments made by ICC, thus principle protecting the funds.

10. Will my returns change?
No, your returns are fixed and will be transferred according to the terms of the deposit.

11. How do I receive my returns on investment?
Your interest will be transferred directly into your ICC Current Account, to which you have online access.

12. How do I get money out of my Current Account?
- Access your Current Account online and transfer the funds to your ICC
global debit card to withdraw cash at ATM machines worldwide, or
- use your global debit card to purchase goods/ services worldwide.
- Access your Current Account online and make an external bank transfer from
your ICC Current Account to any bank account in the world.

13. When can I become an Account Holder of ICC?
There is no deadline to become a client of ICC. Deposits can be made anytime subject to the terms and conditions of the application.

14. Can I withdraw my deposits in ICC prior to maturity?
Yes, but the early redemption is subject fees as per our terms and conditions.

15. Can I deposit in any currency?
No, your account may be operated in any of the following currencies; US$, AU$, SG$, NZ$, Euro, INR and GBP.

16. What happens after I become an Account Holder?
You will receive an email confirmation of your application approval, followed by your online account log in details. Once your funds have cleared you will be able to check them online. Within 14 working days you will receive a pack including official receipt of funds, acknowledgement letter confirming the deposit and Terms of Deposit, company information etc.

18. How are my returns calculated?
The interest commencement date is the day when interest starts accruing, which will be up to 14 calendar days after the start date (the date the funds clear with ICC).
