Michael Ehlert
After an education in general Banking at Dresdner Bank's Germany's head office in Frankfurt, Michael worked in real estate finance and brokerage from 1994, when he became a self employed financial consultant at Germany's largest building society, LBS in Munich. In 1997 he started working as an IFA for private clients delivering a variety of financial product solutions such as financial investments, real asset investments and life insurance solutions. In 1999 he moved to Luxembourg and added tax planning to his services. From 2001 he became involved in the distribution of products and fundraising. He started working with The Hague based Euro American Investors, a property developer with 25 years experience, with exposure in the Netherlands and the south eastern part of the US. Michael opened up the German retail market for their products, raising 30 m Euro in 18 month in 2002 and 2003. In 2004 and 2005 he structured and raised 60 m Euro for a US secondary market life insurance fund. During 2006 and 2007 he raised 80 m Euro for Belgravia – a Jersey based property fund manager. In 2007 and 2008, Michael structured funds for ship investments as well as real estate and infrastructure investments in China. In late 2008 and early 2009 he started to raise capital for timber and agriculture investments. Michael Ehlert has a wide experience with real asset investments. Michael Ehlert has good knowledge of European Insurance Markets and legislation, especially in Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Ireland. He has a good understanding of legislation related to both regulated and unregulated funds in Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Jersey, Germany and Switzerland. Michael speaks German, English, French and understands Dutch and Luxembourgish.
C.L. Arthur, MBA Mr. Arthur has acquired 19 years as a financial professional in both insurance and investment consulting and advisory. His career is built on 13 years in the US domestic financial industry measured by year on year growth at a U.S. based leading financial advisory firm and 6 years in Asia building emerging or developing financial markets on solid sales revenues. Mr. Arthur is a Country Manager for a Singapore based company specializing in asset management that successfully and professionally mitigates client risks associated with global investments and in global funding projects. He focuses on the strategic planning of corporate structure and organizational processes, structuring capital ventures, financial product engineering and direct sales. He sat on the board of directors for an international credit union licensed in Europe with branch offices in Southeast Asia. Other past experience in Southeast Asia include Managing Director and International Sales Director for a Hong Kong based investment firm comprising of several Southeast Asian branch offices. In the United States, he was a NASD Series 7 and Series 63 Investment licensee as well as holding state Investment Advisor and Registered Representative licenses. Other accomplishments include management, sales, marketing, office relocations and initial set-up, compliance, training, structuring client management systems, recruitment and client fund management. His office had advisory over USD$30 million in assets and roughly USD$40 million in life insurance benefits.
Thierry Frayssinet, MM Multilingual in English, French and Indonesian, Thierry's entry to the business world began with Masters in Management from ESC - BEM. Since then he has worked all over the world, in places such as Bulgaria, London, Luxembourg, Angola, Cameroun, Congo (Brazzaville & Kinshasa),Ivory -Coast, Gabon, Guinée-Bissau, Nigéria, Sénégal, Indonesia & Singapore. Starting out at COSIFOR TECHFOR a Prospecting and Drilling company, he moved on to join S.D. INTERNATIONAL S.A. as the Président and Général Manager in 1990. Next he then joined T.R.A.M. CONSULTING Ltd, a privately held consultation company that offers Creation of Companies and Management Services as the Executive Manager. Currently he is the CEO of GUILGAL SA (SOPARFI) HOLDING Luxembourg which he helped developed (internal and external) and managed the expansion and the animation of the network in place as well as spearheaded the creation of subsidiary companies in Africa and Europe. He has exceptional knowledge of Africa - Negotiations at the highest levels
John Charles Cabedo With an engineering background John is a company director, fluent in three languages, (English, Spanish, French), with extensive experience in business, training, finance, marketing, Quality Management Systems, Payment Systems and years of experience in Quality systems development and implementation, preparation of companies for the assessment of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series of standards. He also has extensive experience in Training, development, and courses in Quality management, Maintenance service for the Quality Management system, Trading in electronic systems, Consulting in payment systems, with emphasis in control systems for fraud and counterfeit cards, and Back-Office processing for a private association. His wealth of experience in helping companies move up the efficiency curve has guided companies such as Memorex Telex S.A. – Belgium , ACTiX Belgium S.A., TotalCover España S.A. - Madrid to improve their operations and steer them to higher profitability.
